We strive to have very quick turnaround times in ever circumstance. Due to the growing demand for CMV's vocalists our standard turnaround time is 72hrs max. If you need your vocalz delivered sooner than 72hrs we recommend purchasing rush delivery to move to the head of the line.

Working with professional vocalists means that these talented individuals have their own unique approach to their sound. We will try to accommodate any specific style requests as best we can, but please use the artists' sample tracks to get the best idea of their individual style.

We take great pride in ensuring our customers' satisfaction with every order. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our product we will work with you to make it right. If you are unsatisfied with our attempts to correct the issue you'll be given a full refund. In some circumstances where we feel like we've let you down you may receive a partial/full refund anyway. We do this to show you how committed we are to the standard we strive to deliver.

We deliver every order to a personally shared folder between you and CMV through Dropbox. We recommend downloading their desktop software to do away with long download times. Trust us, if you're currently using Dropbox for any reason the desktop app is the way to go!

We take care of writing the lyrics for you unless you prefer to write them yourself or a client has already provided them to you. We know how hard it is to remain creative when you're mixing your 200th routine of the season and they want 20 8counts of custom vocalz; let us help by allowing our talented lyricists to give you the creative boost you're looking for! At this point the cost of writing is built into our pricing structure, so let us go to work for you. If you decide you don't like what we've done you can always provide us with your lyrics. We will redo the vocalz at no additional charge!
